Abstract
The reason for the decrease of equipment reliability is that the microwave power amplifier works under high power,so that the device itself and other components around it work in high tempera-ture.In order to improve the reliability and environmental adaptability of microwave power amplifier, this paper puts forward the heat pipe heat conduction cooling scheme on the basis of comparing the ad-vantages and disadvantages of several methods of heat radiation.The heat conduction of the heat pipe with low heat transfer resistance is adopted,and the heat source of the transmitting module is quickly and evenly transferred to the whole heat radiator.Thermal test was carried out on the radar transmit power amplifier module.A component with 4 modules shares one heat sink,and the effective area of heat dissipation is seven times that of a single module.The results show that the heat pipe transmission and cooling scheme of radar transmitter is reasonable and reliable,and it can meet the requirements of coastal radar application.关键词
