摘要

Abstract

To solve the problem that the system error of shock tube has influence on dynamic calibra-tion of pressure sensor,causing the result inaccurate,Empirical Mode Decomposition (EMD)method is used to decompose the pressure sensor data of dynamic calibration with shock tube.The frequency spec-trums of different components are analyzed and the reconstruction signal model is set up to get rid of the system error.The corresponding Intrinsic Mode Functions (IMFs)of the decomposition results from a number of different sensors are analyzed,the correlation coefficients are calculated,and the relationship between the correlation coefficients and the matching factors of the IMFs in the reconstruction model is established.The reconstruction signal of the step response of pressure sensor is got by distinguishing and eliminating the system error of shock tube.Compared with the original signal,the results show that the natural frequency,rising time and platform duration time of the sensor are more accurate.The method of distinguishing and eliminating the system error of shock tube based on the EMD decomposi-tion is useful and effective.
