摘要

Abstract

In order to improve the sensitivity and reliability of the laser heterodyne interferometry to detect micro-cracks,a discussion on the denoising algorithm using EMD for the demodulated laser ultra-sonic echo signal is presented.The EMD algorithm is applied to the experiment to get the ultrasonic ech-o signal,and the location information of the micro-crack is extracted.The experimental results show that EMD can effectively remove the noise components in the ultrasonic echo signal,and the error rate of the distance between the actual distance and the distance of the micro-crack obtained by the wavelet transform algorithm is increased by 1.02%,which is also helpful for judging the size of the micro-crack.
