Pump and Valve Combined EHA Robust Gain Scheduling Multistage Pressure Control
摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the problem of the system dynamic characteristic is worsened which is caused by pump and valve combined electro-hydrostatic actuator(EHA)multistage pressure control,a robust gain scheduling control method is proposed in the paper.Pump and valve combined EHA is divided into dif-ferent working modes based on the different pump source pressure,adopts improved particle swarm op-timization(PSO)algorithm PID controller as initial controller to overcome blindness for quantitative feedback theory(QFT),then adopts QFT shaping design base on the uncertainty rang and the perform-ance indexes under each working mode.Fuzzy control is introduced to reduce the chatter which is caused by the switch during the different working modes,taking the outputs of each working modes controller as the input and building the fuzzy switching controller.The simulation results show that the system characteristic is improved under multistage pressure control and the switching can be smoothed during different working modes.关键词
