应力累积损伤对弹载测试仪寿命的影响
Influence of Cumulative Stress Damage on the Lifetime of Missile-Borne Tester
摘要
Abstract
A method of repeated service life prediction based on stress cumulative damage was proposed for missile-borne tester.The impact response result of No.n was the initial state of No.n+1 in the method.According to the cumulative strain and the residual stress results after each impact,the impact number born by tester could be j udged and could be simply considered as service life.The internal cumu-lative damage of missile-borne tester was analyzed in numerical simulation under multiple impact pat-terns and repeated loading.Finally,the cumulative strain was summarized and analyzed,and the life-time prediction histogram of the missile-borne tester was obtained.关键词
