不同时间点行椎体后凸成形术对骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折疗效的影响
Effect of Kyphoplasty at Different Time Points on Osteoporotic Vertebral Compression Fractures
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of PKP at different time on osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures. Methods: 60 patients of osteoporosis vertebral compression fracture treated by PKP within 3 weeks after injury, another parallel 60 patients were treated by beyond 3 weeks. VAS score, ODI score, kyphotic angle and C7/SFD were recorded before and afer treatment. Results: There were no obvious difference of improvement of VAS and ODI between two groups, improvement of kyphotic angle and C7/SFD of group A were better than those of group B after treatment. Conclusions: PKP at different time can both im-prove symptoms and enhance the quality of life quickly; the earlier treatment, the more advantage in correcting the local fracture deformities.关键词
