成人等离子腺样体消融术与动力系统腺样体切除术临床疗效及生活质量比较
Comparison of Clinical Efficacy and Quality of Life between Adult Plasma Adenoidectomy and Dynamic Adenoidectomy

Abstract
Objective: To compare the clinical efficacy and the quality of life of two kinds of surgical methods in the treatment of adult patients with adenoid ablation and dynamic adenoidectomy. Methods: 60 ca-ses of adult adenoidal hypertrophy patients were divided into 2 groups, plasma group and power systems group, the two groups were compared, the cost of surgery, intraoperative bleeding, postoperative bleeding vol-ume, postoperative pain score, postoperative life quality score. Results: The plasma group had shorter opera-tive time, less bleeding in the operation, less postoperative bleeding and less postoperative pain, but the oper-ation cost was higher and the postoperative vitality was higher ( P＜0.05, the difference was statistically signifi-cant) . There were no significant differences in the two groups of emotional function, social function, mental health, general health status, physiological function, physiological function and so on ( P＞0.05, the difference was not statistically significant) . Conclusion: Plasma adenoid ablation is shorter than the power system, with less bleeding, less postoperative bleeding and less postoperative pain, but the cost of surgery is higher, which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
