2型糖尿病肾病患者血清维生素D水平与氧化应激的相关性研究
Correlation Study of the Levels of Vitamin D with Oxidative Stress in Type 2 Diabetes
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the correlation of the levels of vitamin D with oxidative stress in type 2 diabetes. Methods:107 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes hospitalized in affiliated hospital of cheng-de medical university were enrolled as objects of the study, the levels of vitamin D、MDA and SOD in the blood were detected. Results: The levels of vitamin D and SOD of contral group, microalbuminuria group and clini-cal proteinuria group were decreased,while the levels of MDA were on the rise, the differences were statistical-ly significant( P＜0.05) . The levels of vitamin D and MDA were negtively correlated,and the levels of vitamin D and SOD were positively correlated. Conclusion:The levels of vitamin D and oxidative stress in type 2 dia-betic nephropathy were negtively correlated.关键词
