Effects of tobacco extracts extracted by different process on flue-cured upper-leaves quality

Abstract
To improve the economic character and inner quality of cured upper leaves,discarded 2 upper leaves of Yunyan 87 was used to extract tobacco extracts and was added into bulk curing barn to explore the application effects.Six extract processes were used to get extracts and was sprayed on 3-4 upper-leaves of Yunyan 87.The effects of extracts on the economic character,organic acid,conventional chemical composition,aroma component and sensory evaluation of cured upper leaves were studied.The results showed that the 6 treatments could increase ration the ratio of middle and first class tobacco leaves and decrease the ratio of low grade tobacco leaves.The extract that was extracted by the tannin precipitation method(T5)was used with better application effects.Compared with the control,low grade tobacco leave ratio was reduced by 47.69%and middle and first class tobacco leave ratio was promoted by 26.01%.Besides,the 6 treatments could greatly improve contents of polyphenol and volatile organic acid,amplitude of polyphenol reaching 24%.Enzyme that was extracted by the tannin precipitation method was used on flue-cured tobacco with better sensory evaluation.So tobacco extracts added into bulk curing barn could promote economic character and sensory evaluation.Extraction by tannin precipitation method at normal and low temperature could help to achieve the best sensory evaluation.关键词
