新型生物质烤房对烟叶致香物质及内在化学成分的影响
Effects of a new type of biomass curing barn on the aroma components and internal chemical compositions of flue-cured tobacco leaves

Abstract
Studies were conducted on the differences of content of aroma components and chemical compositions of cured tobacco leaves in different barns the traditional curing barn,the bulk curing barn,and the new type biomass curing barn.The results showed that the contents of neutral aroma components and basic aroma components of cured tobacco leaves in the biomass curing barn were high-er than those in the traditional curing barn and the bulk curing barn.Among them,the content of neu-tral aroma components rose respectively by 26.52%and 17.37%,the content of carotenoid degrada-tion productions increased respectively by 26.20%and 20.58%,the content of maillard reaction pro-ductions improved respectively by 101.45%and 7.35%,the content of phenylalanine degradation products rose respectively by 190.82%and 188.45%,the content of cembranoids degradation prod-ucts increased respectively by 57.25%and 22.61%,the content of chlorophyll degradation products(neophytadiene)improved respectively by 23.19%and 15.91%,and the content of basic aroma com-ponents increased respectively by 82.44%and 65.73%,respectively.Meanwhile,the contents of total sugar,reducing sugar and potassium,as well as the nitrogen alkali ratio of cured tobacco leaves in the new type biomass curing barn increased,while the contents of nicotine and chlorine dereased,compared with the traditional curing barn and the bulk curing barn.Therefore,the biomass curing barn had an ad-vantage in improving aroma quality of flue-cured tobacco,and can be applied in tobacco baking.关键词
