河南省农业科技创新效率评价与分析
Evaluation and analysis of agricultural science and technology innovation efficiency in Henan Province

Abstract
Based on the agricultural data of 18 cities in Henan Province in 2015 the DEA model was used to measure the agricultural science and technology innovation input and output efficiency of 18 cities in Henan Province in 2015.The analysis of comprehensive technical efficiency,pure technical efficiency,scale efficiency and redundancy can help to understand the current level of agricultural science and technology innovation of the cities in Henan Province conduct follow-up arrangement,and thus improve the science and technology competitiveness of Henan Province.The results show that the agricultural science and technology innovation in Henan Province generally is not high; agricultural science and technology input and output efficiency gap between cities is larger; input redundancy phenomenon exists in same cities.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the actual development of agricultural science and technology innovation,this paper puts forward the proposals of improving the allocation of input for agricultural science and technology input,promoting the scale operation and establishing differential incentives for different cities to improve the efficiency of agricultural scientific and technological innovation.关键词
