河南省区域创新能力测评与障碍因素研究
An analysis on evaluation system and obstacle factors of regional innovation capability of Henan Province
摘要
Abstract
This paper takes the regional innovation capability of Henan Province as the study subject,and selects the three criteria layer indexes including innovation input capability,innovation output ca-pability,and innovation transformation capability and eleven index level indexes to construct regional innovation capability evaluation system of Henan Province.Through principal component analysis and obstacle mode,this paper takes a comprehensive assessment on the regional innovation capacity of 18 cities of Henan Province during 2012 to 2015,and finds out the main obstacles affecting the develop-ment of innovation capability.The results show that the innovation input index and the innovation capa-bility of each city are different and unbalanced.The innovation transformation capability is not strong,which has become the weak link of the regional innovation capability development of Henan Province.关键词
