碳税政策视角下的中国碳减排政策研究
Analysis of the Carbon Mitigation Policies in China from the Perspective of Carbon Tax

Abstract
Carbon tax is a critical environmental and economic measure to combat the climate change and plays a significant role in the background of environmental tax. In this paper, the economic and environmental impacts under differentiated carbon tax scenarios were analyzed, and the results showed that carbon tax would generate a negative shock on China's macro－economy, leading to the decline of GDP, household consumption and fixed capital compared to the baseline scenario. However, this negative effect would be gradually weakened in the long term, and a significant positive effect of carbon mitigation would be produced. Finally, political recommendations were put forward including setting up rational carbon tax rate, implementing carbon－tax recycling towards enterprises, and achieving the integration of carbon tax and carbon emission trading.关键词
