Monitoring on internal force of standard under flange of formwork supporting system

Abstract
In order to study the law of internal force variation on standard under the girder flange formwork sup-port in pouring process and provide suggestion for the actual construction,taking the cuplock high formwork support under the city overpass from West-Sanhuan-Navigation-Road interchange project in Zhengzhou as an experiment.During the process of pouring concrete,the internal force of standard is monitored and analyzed in site,and the law of the change for internal force is concluded.The result show that the maximum pressure of standard under the girder flange is mainly in the upper.Just pouring completed sections is dangerous sections, the formwork support before and after the construction of section 10 m range is greatly influenced by concrete pouring;beyond the scope of the start-stop,there is smaller influence on it.There are more changes of stand-ard from tension to pressure when the speed of pouring concrete is too fast.It's suggested that the speed of pouring concrete should be controlled in actual construction,and taking proper measures to guarantee pouring in uniform symmetry.关键词
