利培酮结合疏肝清障方治疗精神分裂症的临床效果观察

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of sertraline combined with Shugan Qingzhang formula in the treatment of schizophrenia. Methods The 120 cases of schizophrenia patients from June 2015 to June 2016 were analyzed. The patients were divided into control group and experimental group, the control group was treated with Shugan Qingzhang formula, the observation group was treated with risperidone combined with Shugan Qingzhang formula. The efficacy of the two groups was also compared. Results The total effective rate was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). The social functions (vocational function,marriage function, parents function, social withdrawal, social activity, family activity, family function, self care, responsibility) of observation group after treatment for 3 weeks and months were statistically significant than the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence in observation group and control group were not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion The effect of risperidone combined with Shugan Qingzhang formula in treatment of schizophrenia is good with relatively low occurrence rate and recurrence rate. It is worthy to be popularized and applied in clinic.关键词
