摘要
Abstract
In order to maintain the good performance of air-to-air missile,it is necessary to analyze its storage reliability. This paper analyzes the factors affecting the storage reliability of air-to-air missile comprehensively,briefly introduces the inverse Gauss process and the Wiener process. According to the basic theory of performance degradation,the inverse Gauss process is used to build the monotone degradation model of air-to-air missile components,the Wiener process is used to build the non-monotone degradation model of air-to-air missile components,and the method is put forward to determine the parameters of mathematics in the model,paving the way for future simulation analysis.关键词
