摘要

Abstract

The circulator design tends to be miniaturization and high integration. Based on line circulator theory,by using XN28 nickel ferrite materials with thickness of 0.6mm,a broadband miniaturization of microstrip circulator double Y which applied to the x-band is design. Then,the modeling,simulation and optimization analysis are designed by commercial electromagnetic sim?ulation software HFSS. The simulation results show that the good circle performance. The return loss and isolation are more than 20 dB,insertion loss is less than 0.5 dB,the VSWR is less than 1.22 at frequency range from 8GHz to 12GHz.The measured results and the simulation results are basically in line with the allowable error. The results not only meet the performance indicators but also meet the design requirements of the broadband and miniaturization.
