Evaluation on Beijing's Employment Quality and Improvement in Employment Policies
摘要
Abstract
By constructing a series of indexes system of Beijing's employment quality and then forming an employment quality index ( EQI) ,this paper utilizes the entropy method to compute Beijing's EQI from 2006 to 2015.It is found that Beijing's employment quality is been improving largely. Benefiting from job security, employment stability and earning security, Beijing's employment quality is comparatively at a high level and presents the characteristics of "rigid welfare",while Beijing's employment is also in poor qualities.Hence,it is vital to improve the employment policies so as to promote the decent work of workers as well as comprehensive development.关键词
