Abstract
Objective:To investigate influence of motivated psychological interview on rehabilitation enthusiasm and athletic ability of the patients at recovery stage of cerebral infarction. Methods: Clinical data of patients at recovery stage of cerebral infarction at our hospital from 2015 to 2016 were analyzed. Patients were divided into two groups by different nursing methods. Group A had cluster bundled nursing;Group B had routine nursing. Evaluating patients' re-habilitation exercise adherence and simplified Fugl-Meyer movement function score(FMA)of the two groups. Results:A total of 63 patients were analyzed. Group A had 32 cases, group B 31 cases. Patients' rehabilitation exercise adherence in group A was obviously higher than that in group =115, P＜0. 001);Group A Fug1-Meyer movement score were higher than that of group B(t =2. 511 =0. 014). Conclusion: Motivated psychological interview can effectively improve the enthusiasm of the patients with cerebral infarction convalescence rehabilitation, promote improvement of exercise capacity in patients with worth clinical promotion.关键词
