Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of psychological intervention on maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods:From August 2015 to August 2016 in our hospital, 80 cases of uremic patients undergoing maintenance he-modialysis were selected as the research object and divided into the observation group(n =40)and control group(n =40)using a random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given psychological intervention on the basis of the control group. Quality of life score before and after the inter-vention, the self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS), self rating Depression Scale(SDS) before and after the intervention were compared, self-made guestionnaire was used to evaluate the patient satisfaction. Results: After the intervention, the physiological function, mental health respectively in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, ( t =6. 758, 4. 137;P＜0. 05);the observation group after the intervention, the SAS score of SDS re-spectively, was significantly lower than the control group(t =-15. 693, -6. 723;P＜0. 05);After the intervention, grop patients satisfaction was 92. 5％ in observation group, significantly higher than 57. 5 ％ in the control group, (X2 =13. 067, P＜0. 05). Conclusion: Psychological intervention has a positive effect on the quality of life, emotional state and satisfaction of maintenance hemodialysis patients.关键词
