The Effect of Resilience on Quality of Life and Negative Emotion in Gastric Cancer Patients with Laparoscopic Radical Mastectomy

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of resilience on quality of life and negative emotion in gastric cancer patients with laparoscopic radical mastectomy. Methods: A total of 80 gastric cancer patients with laparoscopic radical mastectomy in our hospital from June 2014 to December 2016 were selected. According to the order of admission, the patients treated with conventional nursing were selected as control group, and the patients treated with both conventional nursing and psychological resilience training were selected as study group. All patients before and after nursing used the Resilience Scale ( Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale, CD RISC) to evaluate their's resilience;Karnofsky standard(Kaczynski, KPS) was used to evaluate the patients' quality;the POMS scale was used to evaluate the patients' negative emotions. Results:Before nursing, the patients in two groups had no statistical significant difference in CD-RISC score, KPS score, PMOS panic, anger, fatigue, depression, tension scores(P＞0. 05), after nursing, CD-RISC score in study group was significantly higher than that in control group after nursing(t =2. 218, P＜0. 05);KPS score in study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (t =2. 192, P＜ 0. 05);and the POMS panic, anger, fatigue, depression, tension scores in study group were significantly lower than those of control group(t=-2. 593, -4. 193, -3. 413, -6. 272, -3. 277;P＜0. 05, P＜0. 01). Conclusion: The psychological resilience training can significantly increase the psychological resilience, improve the quality of life, and improve the patient's bad mood in gastric cancer patients with laparoscopic radical mastectomy.关键词
