Abstract
Objective:To study the psychological factors and sleep quality in patients with primary open angle glaucoma. Methods: Atatal of 122 patients with POAG in our hospital from June 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the observation group and 122 healthy volunteers were selected as control group. The two groups were compared with the self rating Depression Scale(SDS), the self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) score and the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PQSI)score. Results:The PSQI score of the observation group was(7. 44 ± 0. 37), which was significantly higher than that of the control group(4. 17 ±0. 29) (t =76. 830, P<0. 001);The SAS score of the observation group was(45. 67±9. 88), which was significantly higher than that of the control group(35. 51 ± 9. 20) (t =8. 313, P<0. 001);The SDS score of the observation group was(49. 07 ± 12. 28), which was significantly higher than that of the control group(40. 33± 13. 09) =5. 379, P<0. 001);The observation group's sleep quality, sleep time, sleep time, sleep efficiency, insomnia and daytime dysfunction scores were significantly higher than that of the control group(t =21. 444, 60. 750, 36. 818, 15, 620, 22. 091;P<0. 05);No significant differences the number of two groups using hypnotic drugs was found(P>0. 05);Anxiety score and depression score were positively correlated(r =0. 522, P<0. 001), insomnia and anxiety were positively correlated(r =0. 244, P<0. 01), depression and insomnia were not correlated. Conclusion: Psychological nursing is useful for POAG patients practice.关键词
