Abstract
Objective:To study the influence of psychological nursing on cognition and anxiety of patients with orthopaedic surgery. Methods:Selecting in December 2014 to December 2016 84 patients as research object, according to the random number table they were divided into observation group(n =42)and control group(n =42), Observation group used psychological nursing, control group used routine nursing;Compared two groups of the change of cognition and anxiety, comfort before and after operation. Results: Postoperative cognitive scores increased slightly in the observation group, which was lower than that in the control group(t =-3. 7163, P＜0. 05);Postoperative SAS scores and SDS score decreased in both groups, but the observation group scores were significantly lower than the control group(t =-9. 0730, -3. 6549;P＜0. 05), nursing quality scores were significantly higher in the observation group than the control group(t =3. 8711, 4. 6564, 4. 5750;P＜0. 05). Conclusion: Psychological nursing can significantly improve patients' negative mood.关键词
