Abstract
Objective:To study the intervention effects of preoperative information support combined with psychological nursing intervention on perioperative phobic anxiety of patients with surgery in general surgery department, and to provide theory gist for relieving perioperative anxiety. Methods: A total of 100 cases of patients with surgery treated in general surgery department of our hospital since November 2015 to November 2016 were selected as the object of study, among which, 50 cases of patients receiving preoperative information support combined with psychological nursing intervention were set as observation group, and 50 cases of patients receiving psychological nursing were set as control group. Patients in two groups were compared for self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)before and after nursing, preoperative and intraoperative SAS. Patients in two groups were compared for blood pressure and heart rate before nursing. Results: There was no significant difference between the SAS of patients in two groups before treatment(P＞0. 05). After nursing, the SAS of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(t =-5. 6587, P＜0. 001). In the case of comparison for preoperative SAS tests, there was no obvious difference in scores for body-ache, dyspnea, hands and foot pricking, craziness, stomachache and dyspepsia between two groups(P＞0. 05), and there was significant difference between other items(P＜0. 05). During operation, there was no significant difference between scores of groan, cold sweating, blink and tremor in hands and legs(P＞0. 05), and there was significant difference between other items(P 0. 05). After nursing, the heart rate, respiratory rate and mean arterial pressure of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group(t =-13. 1323, -11. 7423, -12. 5105;P＜0. 001). Conclusion: Preoperative information support combined with psychological nursing intervention can significantly reduce the degree of perioperative phobic anxiety of patients with surgery in general surgery department, and ensure normal vital signs and the successful implementation of surgery.关键词
