团体心理辅导结合引导式教育对强直性脊柱炎患者行为问题的影响
The Effect of Group Counseling and Guidance Education on Behavior Problems in Ankylosing Spondylitis Patients

Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of group counseling and guidance education on psychological and behavioral problems in ankylosing spondylitis patients. Methods:From March 2014 to August 2016, 64 hospitalized ankylosing spondylitis patients were studied and randomly divided into study group and control group, with 32 cases in each group. The control group were given traditional nursing, the study group were given group psychological counseling combined guidance education on the basis of traditional nursing. WHO Quality of Life-BREF( WHOQOL-BREF) was used to evaluate the quality of life, self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)to evaluate depression and anxiety status;visual analogue scale(VAS)was used to evaluate the pain, the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)to evaluate the condition of sleep, bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Functional Index(BASFI)to evaluate the joint function in two groups. Results:Before nursing, there were no statistical significance in scores between study group and control group. After nursing, the mental health(t =2. 264, P＜0. 05 ), social relations(t =2. 309, P＜0. 05)and environmental harmony(t =3. 093, P＜0. 05)in the scale of WHOQOL-BREF in study group were higher than those in control group;The pain degree(t =-2. 257, P＜0. 05), sleep quality(t =-2. 081. P＜0. 05), joint function score(t =-2. 430, P＜0. 05)in the study group were lower than those in the control group;The SDS(t =-2. 136, P＜0. 05). SAS scorc(t =-2. 160, P＜0. 05)in the study group were lower than those in the control group. Conclusion:The implementation of group counseling combined with guidance education can effectively improve the social relationship and environmental harmony, relieve anxiety and depression, and improve the quality of life in ankylosing spondylitis patients.关键词
