社会支持对利他行为的影响:心理资本的中介作用
Psychological Capital Mediates the Relationship Between Social Support and Altruistic Behavior
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the mediating role of psychological capital in the relationship between social support and altruistic behavior to explore the mechanism behind. Methods: A total of 417 college students were recruited to complete the Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS), Positive Psychological Capital Questionnaire(PPQ), and The Altruistic Behavior of College Students. Results:①Male students' psychological capital was significantly higher than that of female students(t=2. 04, P＜0. 05);The large and middle-sized cities students' psychological capital were significantly higher than students from towns and rural areas(t =2. 66, 3. 48;P＜0. 01);There were no significant differences between towns and rural areas students' psychological capital. ②The result showed that social support and psychological capital were significantly positively correlated( r =0. 31, P＜0. 01);Social support and altruistic behavior were significantly positively correlated(r =0. 27, P＜0. 01);Psychological capital and altruistic behavior were significantly positively correlated(r =0. 45, P＜0. 001 ). ③The result showed that social support could positively predict psychological capital significantly(t=6. 65, P＜0. 001);Social support could positively predict altruistic behavior significantly(t =2. 98. P＜0. 01);Psychological capital could positively predict altruistic behavior significantly(t =9. 06<0. 001). ④Psychological capital played an intermediary role between social support and altruistic behavior (95％ CI: [0. 1877, 0. 3943]). Conclusion: Social support influences individual's altruistic behavior directly or through psychological capital indirectly.关键词
