交换场和非共振光对单层MoS2能带结构的调控
Manipulation of the Electronic Band Structure of Monolayer MoS2 in Presence of Exchange Field and Off-Resonant Light
摘要
Abstract
Utilizing the low energy effective Hamilton model from the tight-binding approximation ,we have investigated the electronic band structure of the monolayer MoS2in the presence of magnetic ex-change field and off-resonant circularly polarized light .T he obtained results show that ,the magnetic ex-change field can break and/or modulate the spin degeneracy of the conduction and/or valence bands ,and the band gaps around K point of the monolayer MoS2increase with the external off-resonant circularly polarized light induced effective energy ;while those around K′increase firstly and then decrease with the light field induced effective energy ,realizing the transition of semiconductor-metal-semiconductor .T here-fore ,the two-dimensional MoS2can be tuned to be new bandgap materials with excellent spin and opto-electrical properties .关键词
