Abstract
This paper introduces the design and implementation of a fully automated board test system based on Nios Ⅱ. The design of this system is based on Altera's EP3C40F780C8 FPGA,as the Nios Ⅱ soft-core and peripherals with customizable,perfor?mance can be configured and so on. The Nios Ⅱ C language is used to hardware(C2H)accelerator. The system can meet the re?al-time application requirements. So Nios Ⅱ soft-core processor is used as the core of the test system. System functions include the supply voltage and current monitoring of the measured board,and the functional input status of the simulation and output status. FT?DI's USB interface chip FT2232H is used to communicate with the host computer. The choice of test mode,test instructions issued and the report generation are achieved on the hose computer.关键词
