Logistics and Supply Chain Management in the Operations of Chain Restaurants
摘要
Abstract
Recently, chain restaurants are growing rapidly, while the scale is still small and the management is extensive. Most restaurant chains use traditional single-store operation mode where the logistics and supply chain systems are loosely structured with low efficiency. As a result, this prevents the development of chain restaurants. This paper, from the perspective of logistics and supply chain management, proposes specific strategies to give impetus to traditional catering industrial transformation and upgrading.关键词
