色素上皮衍生因子与冠状动脉造影狭窄程度的相关性分析
Association between pigment epithelium-derived factor and degree of stenosis by coronary angiography

Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between the content of pigment epithelium-derived factor (PEDF) and degree of stenosis by coronary angiography in patients with stable coronary artery disease (CAD). Methods One hundred and ninety consecutive stable CAD patients admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to March 2017 who received coronary angiography were enrolled in our study. According to the degree of stenosis (Gensini score) of coronary angiography, patients were divided into three groups: mild group (Gensini score ≤26, 41 males and 26 females, average age of 61.51±9.70 years), moderate group (26 ＜ Gensini score ≤45, 42 males and 20 females, average age of 61.76±9.61 years), and severe group (Gensini score ＞ 45, 47 males and 13 females, average age of 63.92±9.13 years). PEDF levels were measured in patients of three groups and the relationship between PEDF level and degree of stenosis was analyzed. Results The plasma PEDF levels in mild, moderate and severe group were (6.42士0.59) μ g/ml, (5.79±0.75) μ g/ml and (5.35±0.73) μ g/ml, respectively, which showed significant differences between three groups (P=0.000). With the increase of the coronary artery Gensini score, the plasma PEDF levels of the patients decreased accordingly. Multiple regression analysis revealed that PEDF level was negatively correlated with degree of stenosis (β =-0.552, P ＜ 0.01). Conclusion Our study indicates that plasma PEDF level can serve as a potential predicator for degree of coronary stenosis in CAD patients.关键词
