Research advances in molecular markers for diagnosis and prognosis of cholangiocarcinoma
摘要
Abstract
With the development of tumor biology and biomarkers, the roles of p53 gene, K-ras, the Bcl-2 protein as well as protein cycle dependent kinase inhibitors have drawn much attention in bile duct cancer. These molecular markers carry broad prospects for the diagnosis, prognosis and treatment of cholangiocarcinoma.关键词
