Abstract
Objective To observe the difference of different gas injection pressure on intussusception re-moval rate in infants with intussusception,and to explore the best injection pressure status in the treatment of intussusception by gas injection reduction method.Methods A total of 800 infants with intussusception who were diagnosed by 7.0 kPa diagnostic air enema in the hospital from September 2014 to October 2017 were en-rolled in the study.They were randomly divided into A,B,C and D groups with 200 cases each according to the pressure of gas injection.The gas injection pressures in A,B,C and D groups were 8.0 kPa,9.0 kPa,10.0 kPa,11.0 kPa,respectively,and the continuous injection pressure maintained for 10 min.Different injection pressure was used to treat intussusception in infants,and the difference of the rate of intussusception removal was observed.Results(1)The intussusception removal rates of A,B,C and D groups were 91.50%,90.50%,94.50%and 93.00%respectively.No serious complications such as perforation and shock occurred in any patients.(2)There was no significant difference between the four groups in the intussusception removal rates when the gas injection pressures were 8.0,9.0,10.0 and 11.0 kPa,respectively(P>0.05).Conclusion In infant intussusception by gas injection reduction method,the injection pressures are 8.0,9.0,10.0,11.0 kPa,which are effective and safe treatment pressures,and have no obvious influence on the treatment effect,and can be applied for clinical use.关键词
