Abstract
The components are very complex and NH3-N concentration is very high in ion-absorbed rare earth smelt wastewater. The serious environmental pollution and resource wasting would be caused if the wastewater is discharged directly. The in situ leaching process of south rare earth and the separation and purification process of rare earth oxides were discussed. In this paper, we reviewed and discussed the extraction and separation technologies issue of ion-absorbed rare earth, including the separation technologies of mining, extraction, precipitation, crystallization and the preparation of material precursors. The sources, types and characteristics of wastewater produced in the smelting and separating process of the south rare earth are introduced. The technical status of the comprehensive recovery and treatment of ammonia-nitrogen wastewater, acid wastewater and high salinity wastewater are focused. Based on the production process of the south rare earth, some countermeasures of non-saponification process, wastewater sorting collection-sorting recovery and precipitation optimization design are introduced, aiming at reducing wastewater at the source, diminishing waste water drainage in the production process and improving the product structure in the end. A viable solution for wastewater comprehensive treatment of south rare earth is provided.关键词
