Abstract
In the flotation process, the column is one of the important equipments. The bubble generator is an important structure of the flotation column. For the pulp aeration and bubble mineralization, the performance of bubble generator will directly determine the mineral separation effect, so the structure design and optimization of bubble generator is very important. Based on the basis of many scholars research on the structure of bubble generator, the entrainment of air turbulent mixing can improve the flow characteristics of gas holdup, and combined with the new structure advantages, design and simulation and optimization of a new type of bubble generator, namely "spiral bore linear bubble generator". Through the simulation experiment, compared to the original bubble generator, the new structure has obvious effect on the bubble generator throat turbulence intensity increase.关键词
