The Progress of IL-10 and Autoimmune Diseases
摘要
Abstract
Interleukin-10 (IL-10),a single strand glycoprotein,is produced by both adaptive and innate immune cells. IL-10 specific receptor as a complex consists of two submits IL-10R1 and IL-10R2. IL-10 mainly plays biological functions via JAK-STAT signaling pathway. IL-10 is a crucial anti-inflammation cytokine taking part in immune regulation and having significant effect on autoimmune diseases. This paper reviews the relationships be-tween IL-10 and autoimmune diseases according to research achievements in recent years.关键词
