摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the Wiltse approach pedicle screw fixation combined with vertebrae bone graft for treatment of thoracolumbar fractures. Methods Surgery treatment was performed in 65 pa-tients with thoracolumbar fractures, of which 35 cases were used the method of Wiltse approach pedicle screw fixation combined with vertebrae bone graft treatment (group A), and 30 cases were used the method of conventional posterior midline approach pedicle screw fixation treatment (group B). Two groups of operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative drainage volume, postoperative hospital stay and injured vertebrae anterior edge height ratio at the post-operative 6 months, kyphosis Cobb angle, pain VAS were compared. Results All patients were followed up for 6～18 months. In group A, the operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative drainage volume and postopera-tive hospitalization time were all less than group B, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). At 6 months after surgery, there were no statistically significant differences for the anterior height rate of the injured verte-brae and the Cobb angle between the two groups(P＞0.05);the VAS of group A was lower than that of group B, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusions Compared with conventional posterior midline approach, the Wiltse approach pedicle screw fixation combined with vertebrae bone graft in the treatment of thoraco-lumbar fractures has the advantages of less trauma, good pain relief effect.关键词
