单侧弯角椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性压缩性骨折的疗效
Unipedicular curved percutaneous vertebroplasty for treatment of osteoporotic vertebral com-pression fracture

Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of unipedicular curved percutaneous vertebroplasty (CPVP) in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture (OVCF). Methods The 28 patients with 32 vertebrae were treated by CPVP. Cement injection volume,surgical time, pain VAS and cement leakage etc complications were de-tected. Cement distribution and cement leakage were estimated by CT examination. The vertebrae anterior height in-dex (AHI), vertebrae posterior height index(PHI)and kyphotic Cobb angle were assessed by X-ray films. And pain was measured by VAS. Results Surgical time was 29~62 min. Cement volume was 2.7~4.8 ml. The preoperative VAS of back pain was 7.71±0.90, and the postoperative 1 d of VAS was 2.57±0.50, the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). CT examination found that the cement strided over the middle line of the vertebrae in all pa-tients, and the cement leakage rate was 6.25% . Preoperative AHI was 75.37%±14.22% , and postoperative 1 d of AHI was 92.78% ±14.16%,there was statistical difference(P<0.05). Preoperative PHI was 95.22% ±7.07%, and postoperative 1 d of PHI was 96.12% ±6.63%, there was no significant difference (P>0.05). Preoperative kyphotic Cobb angle was -1.09°± 14.05° and postoperative 1 d of kyphotic Cobb angle was 4.27°± 14.11°,there was statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclusions CPVP has the advantages of low risk of cement leak, satisfying cement distribution and fracture restoration, which is recommended for treating OVCF patients.关键词
