摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of TightRope endobutton plates in reconstruction of coracocla-vicular ligament for the treatment of acromioclavicular dislocations. Methods TightRope endobutton plates in recon-struction of coracoclavicular ligament were performed in the 28 patients with acromioclavicular dislocations. Results All patients were followed up for 10～21 months. No complications such as skin infection, skin necrosis, secondary acromioclavicular dislocations occurred. According to Karlsson criterion, the results were grade A in 23 cases, grade B in 5 at the last follow-up. Conclusions Treatment of the acromioclavicular dislocations with TightRope endobutton plates in reconstruction of coracoclavicular ligament has the advantages such as less trauma and complications, with-out the secondary operation, which is a safe and effective surgical procedure.关键词
