摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of open reduction and internal fixation with Herbert screws for treat-ment of lateral epicondyle of humeral fractures. Methods Twenty cases of lateral epicondyle of humeral fractures were treated with open reduction and internal fixation with Herbert screws. Results All cases were followed up for 6～12 months. The wound was healed well,all patients'fractures were healed. Distal humeral fracture got reduction and good fixation, the top rake of distal humeral and elbow joint flexion and extension recovered well, without neuro-logical symptoms. At the last follow-up,Mayo elbow performance scores were≥90 in 12 cases, 75～89 in 6, 60～74 in 2. Conclusions Open reduction and Herbert screws fixtion are used to treat of lateral epicondyle of humeral frac-ture, the clinical results are satisfactory.关键词
