生物型半髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of uncemented hemi-arthroplasty for treatment of femoral neck fractures in the elderly. Methods Uncemented hemi-arthroplasties were carried out in the treatment of 79 elderly pa-tients. Results Surgery time was 35 ～55 min, intraoperative bleeding was 80 ～150 ml. There was no transfusion case. And all incisions healed. All the patients were followed up for 1～5 years. There was 1 case with tip refracture of the femoral prosthesis, and 1 case of femoral prosthesis loosening. At the final follow-up,according to the Harris e-valuation standard, 66 cases were excellent, 10 good, and 2 fair,and 1 poor. Conclusions Uncemented hemi-ar-throplasty is effective to treat femoral neck fractures in the elderly, with less trauma, less complications, earlier am-bulation and better qualities of postoperative life.关键词
