摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the short-term clinical results of InterTan intramedullary nail for elderly unsta-ble osteoporotic femoral intertrochanteric fractures. Methods The 64 elderly patients with unstable osteoporotic femo-ral intertrochaneric fracture were treated with InterTan intramedullary nail. The complications,Harris hip score were e-valuated. Results The follow-up time was 6～18(9.3±0.46) months. All fractures healed. At the last follow-up, the Harris hip score was 60～96(86.76±4.57) points,the result was excellent in 37 cases,good in 15 cases,fair in 9,poor in 3,the excellent and good rate was 81.25% . Conclusions The InterTan intramedullary nail is effective for treating elderly unstable osteoporotic femoral intertrochanteric fractures with good results,less complications,and high union rate.关键词
