改良踝关节后外侧入路治疗外、后踝骨折
Modified posterolateral approach of ankle for treatment of external and posterior malleolus fractures
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the operation effect of external and posterior malleolus fractures via modified pos-terolateral ankle approach. Methods A total of 52 cases of external and posterior malleolus fractures were treated with open reduction and internal fixation via improved posterolateral approach of the posterior margin of the fibula. Results All patients were followed up for 10～26 (13.5±5.5) months. All fractures healed and the clinical heal-ing time was 10～16 (11.3±4.6) weeks. The curative effect was evaluated according to Baird-Jackson ankle scoring system at the last follow-up. The results were excellent in 39 cases, good in 8 cases, fair in 3 and poor in 2,with the excellent and good rate of 90.4% . Conclusions The modified posterolateral approach for the treatment of external and posterior malleolus fractures is a better approach, with less trauma and clear appearance.关键词
