静脉血栓栓塞性疾病280例全程治疗管理总结
Whole Process Management of Venous Thromboembolism Treatment: a Report of 280 Cases

Abstract
Objective To explore the treatment and rehabilitation management of patients with venous thromboembolism(VTE), in order to improve the therapeutic effect. Methods We retrospectively collected the clinical data of 280 patients with VTE who were admitted and treated from October 2016 to July 2017 in the Depart-ment of Vascular Surgery of Shanxi Dayi Hospital of Shanxi Medical University. The disease classification, clinical manifestations and overall treatment management were analyzed and summarized. Results The main causes of VTE in 280 patients were surgical immobility, hypertension,fractures and venous insufficiency in the lower extremities. The types of lesions shown by venous Doppler in the lower extremities included central type ( n＝104) , peripheral type (n＝80) and mixed type (n＝96). CT pulmonary angiography revealed pulmonary embolism in 70 patients. After diagnosis, all 280 patients were given anticoagulant therapy, thrombolytic therapy, and implantation of inferior vena cava filter, and provided with standardized rehabilitation management during hospitalization. Conclusion The whole process management of VTE treatment has become a hot spot that clinicians should focus on. Active preven-tion, early identification and effective treatment management programs are very important to improve the prognosis of patients.关键词
