生防菌株QH94作用机理初探
Studies on Antifungal Mechanism of Biocontrol Strain QH94
摘要
Abstract
The fermentation filtrate and different multiple diluents of strain QH94 had obvious inhibition on Plasmopara viticola.Fermentation filtrate could effectively inhibit sporangial germination.The inhibitory rate of stock solution reached 88.77%, the inhibitory rate of 50 fold diluent reached 75%.The sporangium and sporangiophore of P.viticola were wizened, crimpy and fractured after dealing with fermentation filtrate.This strain could produce protease and β-1,3-glucanase.关键词
