Analysis of Financial Upport Development of Agricultural Water-saving in Xinjiang under the New Normal of Background
摘要
Abstract
To analyze the relationship between expenditure for agriculture, forestry and water conservancy and water-saving irrigation area in xinjiang.The results show that increasing finance expenditure will help promote the development of water-saving irrigation.Due to local government fund strains,construction funds devotion shortage has become bottleneck restricting the development of the agricultural water-saving in xinjiang.Sugges-tions of policies are puts forward that expand financing channels, draw up relevant policies, accelerate system reform and innovation ,in order to activate financial support the engineering system, technical system and serv-ice system of agricultural water-saving.关键词
