Levodopa combined with visual stimulation training in the treatment of ametropic amblyopia in adolescents
目的:探讨应用左旋多巴和视觉刺激训练治疗青少年屈光不正性弱视的研究效果.方法:选取2013-05/2016-05在我院接受治疗的青少年屈光不正性弱视64例68眼进行本次研究,将其按数字表法随机分成观察组(32例33眼)与对照组(32例35眼).对照组采取视觉刺激训练疗法,观察组在对照组的基础上给予左旋多巴治疗.24wk后比较两组的临床效果以及治疗前后P-VEP、视觉敏感度的变化.结果:治疗24wk结束后,观察组的总有效率(91％)明显高于对照组(…查看全部>>
