Study on dynamic characteristics of heat exchange process of a tower type molten salt receiver based on distributed parameter model

Abstract
In this paper, a cylindrical heat absorber of a tower power station is taken as the research object. Based on the distribution parameter method, an unsteady heat transfer model of the heat absorber coupled with convection-radiation heat transfer was presented. Base on this model, the dynamic characteristics of the heat absorber under step disturbance such as radiation heat flux density, molten salt flux, inlet temperature of molten salt and ambient wind speed were studied respectively. The results show that there will be different time constants in the dynamic change of the outlet temperature of heat absorber under different parameters step changes. The main boundary conditions affecting the outlet temperature of the absorber are the radiation heat flux, the inlet temperature and the flow rate of the molten salt, while the effect of the instantaneous wind velocity is relatively small.关键词
