西安地铁联络通道冻结法施工工艺及数值分析
Technique of constructing connecting passage in Xi'an metro with freezing method and its numerical analysis

Abstract
The freezing process technique and subsurface excavation method are adopted for the first time in constructing the connecting passage in Xi'an metro. Taking the project as the background,the construction principle and construction tech-nology of freezing process construction are introduced in the paper. Two simplified mathematical models are established to simulate two kinds of freezing reinforcement schemes,and the ground settlement and strata displacement caused by them are compared. The results show that freezing process method can reduce the ground settlement and strata displacement signifi-cantly,among which the ground settlement decreases by 73% approximately and the value of stratum displacement near the connecting passage decreases by 54. 39% approximately. The bell mouth and the discontinuous area at the connecting pas-sage are prone to stress concentration in the construction process. The numerical simulation results and the measured values achieve a higher level of compliance. It can satisfy the design requirements of the construction that consolidates the ground strata with freezing process method.关键词
