摘要

Abstract

In order to effectively solve the problem of the tunnel boring machine(TBM)posture deviation,segment disloca-tion,breakage,and water seepage in the small radius curve tunnel construction,this paper firstly analyzes the causes of these problems. We then research and analyze the ways of rectifying tunnel boring machine deviation through adjusting construc-tion parameters and improving the excavation method. Our research finds that the excavation speed has comparatively strong influence on deviation in small radius curve excavation;that the included angle formed by the central line of the tunnel bor-ing machine and that of segments will cause the segments to dislocate,break or crack;and that the unequal stress of the seg-ments will cause water seepage in small radius curve segments. Taking such measures as improving the propulsive force of tunnel boring machine,we solve the above mentioned problems,and achieve good effect,which can provide some references for similar tunnel boring machine construction.
