Training mode of innovative ability of mechanical college students based on "three-self"management
摘要
Abstract
In view of the current situation and insufficiency of the innovative ability training mode of college students,com-bined with the characteristics and existing conditions of our university and relying on Jiangxi Province Key Laboratory of Precision Drive & Control,a mechanical innovation base for college students is built. The base implements three-self man-agement mode(self-management,self-improvement and self-organization),which gives full play to students'initiative and creativity. The base takes the students as the main body,takes the scientific research training and science competition as the carrier,and uses the excellent software and hardware resources of the key laboratory to carry out the training activities of in-novative talents. Through construction and practice in the past ten years,this training mode provided practical experience for the cultivation of innovative ability of mechanical college students.关键词
